I’m Trevor Moore—a neurodivergent husband, father, entrepreneur, speaker, and award-winning resiliency coach. I help people like you bounce back stronger, regulate their nervous system, and take aligned action without burning out or selling their soul to hustle culture.

My work blends science-backed tools with lived experience. I’ve coached hundreds of leaders, athletes, and changemakers across Canada, including my role as Health & Wellness Coordinator for the Medicine Hat College Rattlers. But I didn’t get here by accident.

After years of ignoring chronic pain, masking mental health struggles, and chasing external success, I hit a wall. Hard. The breakdown cracked me open—and became my turning point.

Now? I teach others how to slow down without stopping, feel deeply without drowning, and lead confidently without burning out. I help you work with your brain, not against it.
