Being overwhelmed leaves you feeling spread thin and pulled in a million directions. Not only do your happiness, health, and wellness suffer, but your goals end up stalling out and taking a backseat to the day’s challenges, simply because there is not enough gas left in the tank to get you where you want to go. Trevor believes personal and professional success has more to do with personal habits, self-care strategies, and mindset than complex systems, embracing the rise-n-grind mindset, or simply choosing to hustle harder. He will share his signature problem-solving and goal-setting process, The Three A’s: Acknowledge, Accept, and Act, which help you shape perspective and silence your inner critic, so you can take meaningful action on your personal and professional goals.
Since opening his coaching business in 2000, he has won numerous business, marketing, and coaching awards, guiding competitive amateurs, college athletes, and sports teams to success on the local, provincial, and national stages.
Currently residing in Alberta/Canada with his wife Selena and three children, Trevor is a hiker, stand-up paddler, coffee enthusiast, proud dog grampa, horbl spelr, and an above-average podcast guest!
