FAQ's

1) What do you charge?
I quote each event individually; things that factor into the pricing are size of the event, length and style of the performance, location, and special requests by the client.  Feel free to contact me with your event details, and I will be sure to put a quote together for you to review.

2) Do you travel?
Yes, I always enjoy travelling and performing for new groups. Various travelling expenses (accommodations, mileage, meals, etc) may be factored into your request.

3) Is your show suitable for any audience?
I have specific routines that allow me to create shows that are geared specifically to children, family, or adult audiences.  The style of my performance is dictated by the audience demographic that you provide me.

4) Do you require a deposit or service contract?
In order to officially secure your booking, I require a service contract (provided by me) to be signed.  The details included in the contract, may or may not require you to put a deposit down.  These details are negotiated on a show by show basis.

5) Do you perform outdoors?
I have performed in various settings, both indoors and out.  Just this past year, I have performed for an outdoor event in temperatures that were well into the -20C range, as well as festivals where the heat was into the high 30’s.  With preparation time and notice, anything can be made to work.

6) What types of props do you use?
I do not perform grand illusion, and all props that are used in my routines could be classed as “everyday items” and fit easily in a trunk.

7) What additional requirements (beyond performance fees or travel expenses) do you have for your shows?
It depends a great deal on the venue, size of the audience, and style of show.  Considerations on your part may include lighting and audio equipment, stage or platform requirements, change rooms, tables and chairs, parking passes and gate admissions, and refreshments.  The details vary depending on the contract.

8) Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes, I carry liability insurance to cover my performances and props.  Documentation of the insurance will be provided upon request of the client.

9) Do you provide photos, posters, and other promotional material for your show?
Yes, I will provide you with promotional photos, as well as a biography and some general posters that you can be used for your marketing purposes.
